The Emergency Communications division of the Department of Emergency Services is looking for a qualified applicant to fill the position of Technical Support Analyst III.

The Technical Support Analyst III maintains the service and integrity of the County radio system, supporting auxiliary communications equipment for the radio system, and equipment used in the 911 operations of the County Communications Center.
An Associate's degree in Information Technology (or related field) and three (3) years related experience in electronics, two-way radio, and telecommunications are required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Education can substitute for experience and experience can substitute for education.
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required.
