High School and 6 years of experience with collection, distribution or stormwater system cleaning, inspection; proficiency in CCTV, Jet truck and combination truck. Also 2-years of supervisory experience or leading, coordinating or directing the work of others is required. Class A or B CDL required depending on the position or crew; and an acceptable driving record is required.
Preferred: 4-years of direct customer service experience, KWEA Collection and NASSCO PACP, LACP, MACP certifications.
The Foreman job is safety sensitive and requires excessive standing and walking, exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, chemicals, heights, loud noises, raw sewage, and confined spaces. Both jobs also require lifting and carrying of 80 pounds, pushing and pulling 75 pounds, climbing, bending, crouching, kneeling, and balancing. This position will require the use of personal protective and other safety related tools or protocols in accordance with job functions which may include safety glasses, safety boots, gloves, and other items are all required.
