Johnson County Department of Health and Environment is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Epidemiology Division Director. This position provides excellent benefits, including health insurance, wellness programs and discounts, retirement programs, and various other discount programs. The position is located at 11875 S Sunset Drive, Suite 300, Olathe, KS 66061.
The Epidemiology Division Director is responsible for providing executive-level leadership and supervision of advanced professional analytical work in the surveillance, detection, and prevention of diseases and injuries. This position serves as a member of the JCDHE Executive Team and conducts high complexity work and functions as a scientific lead, directing and reviewing the work assignments of the other epidemiologists in the department.
Remote work may be considered on a hybrid basis after completion of Johnson County Introductory Period.
