Johnson County Developmental Supports (JCDS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Service Coordination for their Case Management division. JCDS serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We focus on individuals’ abilities, provide choice driven supports, and advocate alongside people to live and work in our community. We aspire to build a community that promotes, supports, and embraces people of all abilities. Team Leaders are responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery of services with JCDS. First Review of candidates will be Friday, June 13, 2025.
Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation, Business, Psychology, or relevant field is required. Five (5) years of human services or relevant field required. One (1) year leading, directing, supervising or coordinating the work of others required.
Five (5) years experience in the IDD field, including knowledge of regulations and funding options; preferably in Kansas, preferred.
Candidate must be able to successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background screenings, which includes KDADS required screenings and registry checks.
