Johnson County’s Planning, Housing and Community Development Department manages programs and activities that support the independence, dignity and self-sufficiency of Johnson County residents. These services and opportunities primarily target older adults, people with disabilities, low-income families, and other residents who require assistance. The Johnson County Housing Division is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Customer Service Representative.

Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. May require KS/MO driver’s license, depending on department or agency.
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency.
Preferred Job Requirements:
One year of customer service; one year of cashiering or money handling experience are preferred.
Education/Experience Substitutions:
Experience may be substituted for degree. Education may be substituted for experience.
*All County employees may be called upon to assist other departments in a declared emergency situation.
