Johnson County Library seeks engaged, qualified candidates to fill the position of System Administrator II as part of the Library’s Information Technology team. This position works directly with the Infrastructure Manager, System Administrator II, and IT Analysts on systems that support the delivery of Library services. The first review of applications will begin on October 21, 2025. Duties include:
Minimum Job Requirements:
An associate's degree in Information Technology or related field and four (4) years of relevant experience in systems design, systems software and support, with advanced level technical skills in at least three of the following areas: Linux administration, Networking, VMWare, Server hardware, Storage and backup appliances, Automation.

Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Physical, Environmental, and Special Working Conditions:
