Essential Job Functions
Monitors, tracks and processes JCT grant responsibilities including annual grant receipts and expenditures, budget, project accounts, and financial reporting and issues;
Prepares grant drawdowns along with monthly, quarterly and annual reports; updates milestones and Transit related financial projects
Ensures staff and contractors complete and maintain financial, operating, safety, security, drug and alcohol reporting; collaborates with KCATA, UG, KDOT and County purchasing department on encouraging the use of veteran and minority owned businesses and small business enterprises.
